Cuerpo del mensaje: I read an article titled "Desert Chefs who cook with the sun" on BBC.COM. I am located in the Sanora desert in California and have been cooking with solar over for 10 years. I have found that anything that can be cooked in a conventional oven can be cooked in a solar oven. The only issue I have is with the size of the cooking pot. My oven is restricted to a pan about the size of a 12" pizza pan. I would like to build something larger, like the ones pictured in the article.
